1. Service Agreement

By booking a transfer with Avento Transfer, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include private and group airport transfers, intercity transfers, and personalized trips within Switzerland and neighboring European countries.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a booking confirmation via email within 24 hours of your request. The booking is only valid once confirmed by Avento Transfer.

3. Pricing

Prices are calculated based on the distance and selected vehicle package. All prices include:

  • Professional, licensed driver
  • Meet & greet service at airports
  • Flight monitoring and delay adjustment
  • Up to 60 minutes waiting time at airports
  • VAT and all applicable taxes

4. Payment

Payment can be made by:

  • Cash (CHF, EUR) - paid directly to the driver
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Invoice (for corporate clients)

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to the following charges:

  • 24-48 hours before: 50% of the booking amount
  • Less than 24 hours: 100% of the booking amount

6. Modifications

Changes to your booking (date, time, destination) can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.

7. Child Seats

Child seats (forward-facing, rear-facing, and booster seats) are provided free of charge upon request. Please specify your requirements when booking.

8. Luggage

Standard luggage allowance is included in all packages. For excess luggage or special items (ski equipment, golf bags, etc.), please inform us when booking to ensure an appropriate vehicle is assigned.

9. Liability

Avento Transfer maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all passengers. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
